• Massage Therapy: relieve tension, restore balance in muscles and fascia, and reconnect with your physical strength.
• Naturopathy: root-cause medicine designed to harmonize your healing efforts across all modalities, weaving nutrition, lifestyle, and natural therapies into a personalized path toward lasting vitality.
• Acupuncture: rooted in ancient wisdom, acupuncture works with the body’s meridians to restore energetic flow, ease pain, and harmonize internal systems - bridging Eastern traditions with modern wellness.
• Movement & Breath: helps to mobilize stagnant energies and to revitalize the body, movement is nurtured at La Mar through yoga, breathwork, qi gong, all in house in our gorgeous studio!
• Pelvic Floor Therapy: gentle, specialized care supporting womb health, core stability, and balance in the body’s deepest center.
LYMPH
The lymphatic system is the river of vitality within. Our signature drainage rituals awaken this flow, easing water retention & stagnation while bringing lightness, clarity, and radiance. The Lymph pillar is the art of release and clearing what no longer serves so the body can breathe, release, and thrive.
SOUL
Healing is more than physical. Soul is the invisible thread that reconnects you back to yourself. At La Mar, we work within the quantum field which is the subtle, unseen space where energy, intention, and possibility converge.
